The Making of An Autumnal Wedding Cake

We've had a golden autumn in the midwest and I'm hanging on to this sweet warmth a bit longer.  Here's a look back to one of my favorite wedding cakes; a classic made for a traditional bride last October.  The cake was composed of Red Velvet cake with Cream Cheese Buttercream filling, covered in ivory quilted fondant and embellished with sugarpaste leaves, berries, and acorns.  The youtube video documents some of the hundreds of step taken to create such a cake.
