We've had a golden autumn in the midwest and I'm hanging on to this sweet warmth a bit longer. Here's a look back to one of my favorite wedding cakes; a classic made for a traditional bride last October. The cake was composed of Red Velvet cake with Cream Cheese Buttercream filling, covered in ivory quilted fondant and embellished with sugarpaste leaves, berries, and acorns.
