Tipsy Turquoise and Tiger Fun for Sweet 16

I was contacted by a parent whose Sweet 16 daughter, Jaileen, loves to watch all the cake shows, especially Cake Boss.  I was delighted to receive Jaileen's colored pencil drawing of the cake she dreamed of for her special birthday party.  For flavors, Jaileen requested Chiffon Rum Cake with Bacardi Swiss Meringue Buttercream filling and Vanilla Bean Cake with Chocolate Ganache filling, with more chocolate chunks added for texture. Here is some of the process of creating this delicious cake, along with a photo of the cake set up at the party venue.  Note; Jaileen's mother purchased a figurine for the top of the cake, which was not available when I took the photo on site.
